Visited 730pm till 9pm, 23 Sept 2023. Listed the time down because all of the staffs were really top notch. Attentive, smiley, and treat customers with whole hearted. If the owner reading this, all of them deserve a good praises. Food wise, I give high rating as well. Good quality given the price tags is not prohibitive at all. In fact, possibly under priced. Highly recommend this place. You get small glimpse of KL towel too.

Authentic and good quality Japanese food. The staff were attentive and topped up my tea regularly. Only thing lacking was warmer hospitality, like greeting and seeing guest off. There were native Japanese visiting so I guess that speaks a lot

Place exudes tranquility on a weekend afternoon - there were only a handful of tables occupied. Sashimi was hands down one of the freshest I've ever had and for this alone I would revisit. Saikoro steak were decent and it was slightly cooked over medium to well done though I requested it mid rare.

I had the recommended Kazuma bento which was priced at RM78 and a hot ocha. For someone who is a small eater, I took bout 40mins to slowly enjoy and finish my meal. The grilled salmon was good, sashimi was fresh, cawanmushi was smooth like a baby’s bottom and the pickles veges were tasty. The dip for the tempura was also nicely seasoned. The only thing I wasn’t too happy was my chicken teriyaki was a bit cold when served. Green tea is also free refill for RM2. Wasn’t too crowded for a Monday evening, so it wasn’t noisy. I could still enjoy the piano Studio Ghibli music playing in the background. I would definitely come again. Don’t have a complete empty bento box picture but a partial one

Amazing Japanese Dining Experience – 5 Stars! We discovered Kazuma Restaurant through Google Reviews and were impressed by its 4.7-star rating—so we had to give it a try! The restaurant is located inside Concorde Hotel. It’s super convenient to access—there’s a connecting bridge from the parking area straight to the hotel/restaurant. I came here with my adoptive family from Japan, and we ordered a variety of dishes. Honestly, everything we tried was absolutely delicious! I had the soba and tempura set, and I finished every bite—so good! My Japanese family also agreed the food was authentic and very well-prepared. The restaurant has an exclusive and elegant atmosphere, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended—solid 5 stars from us!

Kazuma Japanese Restaurant at Concorde Kuala Lumpur is located on Level 1. Tucked away in a hidden corner. Far from anyone’s gaze. We arrived to an almost empty restaurant on Sunday evening. Service was prompt and menu was swiftly presented. There was 4 in our group and sever Ei Ei was very pleasant and patient. We ordered two sets as well as additional plates to complete our meal. Every thing was good but the tempura could be more authentic. Aside from that it was a pleasant evening in a dining room which could improve the mood lighting and the ambience.
